Pancho Buta-don Restaurant (ぱんちょう豚丼)

Obihiro is famous for its buta-don (bowls of rice topped with tasty strips of barbequed pork), and Pancho is one of the most popular restaurants in town. The menu is simple, consisting mainly of varying sizes of the buta-don set meal, which includes the pork dish itself, miso soup, pickles, and hojicha (roasted green) tea.
Sets from smallest to largest are matsu (松 or pine), take (竹or bamboo), ume (梅 or plum), and hana (華 or flower). Interestingly, this order is opposite to the normal set meals in Japan.
Beware: there can be a wait to be seated during peak hours, especially on weekends.
